Hey guys got a baby bamboo shark (17-20cm) from my lfs 4 days ago. He had been at the lfs for 3 weeks and has been qtd and was eating well

Since I got him I’ve noticed from the first day he was sorta twitching when he turned to the left and doing occasional rolls while swimming. He spends most of the day chilling at the bottom but seems ok. Problem is when start swimming sometimes goes sideways/ rolls/ twitch.
Parameters are good
Ammonia 0
Nitrates 0
Alk 11.5
Calcium 350
Salinity 35ppm
Temp 27 degrees
Checked for stray voltage and got 0.03 reading on multimeter.
Wondering if could be stress and he will settle with time or am I missing something that could be happening?
Thanks

In the meantime, a pic in white light can be helpful. Hard to see much in that pic.

Can you get me its respiration rate? Just count the gill beats for a minute.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
