BRS December Promo codes "Not Valid?

I just tried to use my @Bulk Reef Supply December coupon codes and it said it was not valid. I did get a email today that said today 12/29 was the last day. On the coupon it does state it is valid thru 12/31. Has anybody else experienced this. I even tried to use a code on the same exact thing I bought last night with a different code and it said it wasn’t valid.
Unfortunately it is Friday evening and I will not get a response until after they expire.
