Brs duo jumbo cartridge question, pictures inside

Hello, I am looking to buy replacement cartridges for my duo jumbo co2 scrubber. Does anybody know where I can find it?

I found this too after posting lol. I am going to do some measurements to make sure it's the correct one. Appreciated. I also found this, picture below. What I noticed the one from brs is that the top portion tends to Warp eventually so might have to go with the one below
