Hello,

I recently bought a Waterbox 7225 from BRS (which I think is back ordered and not going to ship until Feb 15). I was browsing their website today and they dropped the price $500!

Does anybody have experience with BRS customer service? Is it possible they would give me a refund or at least store credit?

Thanks!

Just ask them. Worst they can do is say no. If the tank is backordered, I wonder if you can just cancel and re-order anyway. Would have to go to the end of the line, but might be worth the savings.

Waterbox is having a sale until the end of the month. Check out their website.

I can't imagine BRS wouldn't honor the sale price.

I just emailed them. Hopefully they will offer me a store credit ( I’ve already got it spent!)

So… while I was waiting to hear back from BRS about the price drop. I thought I would contact Waterbox to see if I could get an update on my tank. While not very friendly, I could usually get somebody to help on their website chat. However today, some AI response came up and told me to click on an arrow (which I couldn’t find) to check the order status. No person would answer me…..

So, I cancelled my order from BRS and bought a Cade 1500 from Algae Barn, which will ship out this week! I hope this process will go smoother.
