Well ! If you only choose to cling on to exceptions, fine. And, only members of the Opposition Party are in the habit of doing that. They don't see the bigger picture.

My effort was to share my experience and observations with the rating system as well as what has worked for me when looking for a mentor or "go to person" for tank advice and motivation.

I am not sure what the exceptions you are referring to. I don't understand what you mean by Opposition Party. Could you please elaborate there?

I would really appreciate an opportunity to hear about your experiences with with advice from members of the forum as well as gain a better understanding of the things you believe are valuable credentials for a mentor or "go to person". I am sure your story will be a great help to myself and others in finding reliable help.
