Thanks, welcome.I love your idea of using the shipping container to set up your aquascape! Just pulled the trigger on the Algae Barn deal the CADE 1800. Following your build closely.

I can confirm the above for the 1800 S2 - just installed the plumbing on mineI called Algae Barn yesterday and they told me the following:
Imperial Plumbing -
-Drain pipes - 1.5"
-Return pipes - 3/4"
-Manifold Hose barbs - 1/2"
I still have seen so many posts that that say they are Metric though and why I made the post looking for clarity of someone who had a new setup in the US.

Quick question. The five area of the sump doesn’t look very spacious. I have never needed a chiller. Do you think I could plumb a refugium into the chiller supply manifold with and overflow running back into the return section of the sump?
Refugium would sit in the second area where the chiller would normally be.
Hello
Does anyone know if the electronic compartment is deep enough to fit an Apex controller?
Thanks
That's too bad. Is it movable?. Can we push it back 1/2 inch?.I don’t think it’s going to fit. You have about 2.5 inches if you want to shut the door and the apex is 3 inches thick.

Really enjoyed reading through your thread! I’ve been researching for a future upgrade and this is really pushing me toward a CADE.
Dang those guys look tiny in that tank. Looking great though.
What do you have in your media baskets?
Thanks! Only a couple weeks left until the tangs come out of quarantine, can’t wait. It's been nice to read through your build thread so far! Love the aquascape you ended up with. I'm patiently waiting for my 1500 that I snagged during AB's November deal to arrive. Can't wait to see how your tangs look once you get them in there! I've got a blue hippo and a yellow that I bought when they were each about quarter sized that have officially outgrown my 75 gallon and I'm excited to give them some more swimming space!
I’m very happy with my Cade 1500.Question for you... as I am currently looking between the Cade and red sea max s... are you happy with your choice? What other tank were you looking at if any???
