I have a 20 gallon reef tank and my calcium levels are reading at 380 ppm. They gave me foundation magnesium at the store I’m not sure if this raises calcium levels but if so how many ml of it should I add to get to 400?

Agreed, what testing kit are you using? Mg helps with Ca and kH stability. But will not change their concentration

My kit doesn’t test for magnesium it tests for calcium, kh, phosphate, nitrate
Thats fine - you really don't need to test Magnesium.

The reason I asked if the LFS had tested Mg, is because if MG is very low it may also cause Calcium to be low.
I'm wondering if it's the reason why your LFS gave you a Mag supplement.
