The one in the below image is in the rocks of my hammer coral. Its coming out from the holes in the rock and when i try to pick, it pushes inside the hole. Is it aiptasia ? whether shall i leave it or please help on how to remove it.

Looks like a feather duster to me as well - and rather a nice one!

They're filter feeders, and as you noted, very quick to the retreat. If your friends notice it, I sometimes enjoy explaining it as the inspiration for the big pinkish ones in the "Avatar" movie.
