Hi there new to the forum, found it by visiting the website worldwide corals in Orlando.

I have a deep sandbed in a tank that is about 2 months old, Every once in a while I see this little critters near the sandbed are they harmless? This was taken at 730 AM so LED lights were very dim.

Hello and welcome to r2r : welcome: I am thinking they look like pods, maybe. If they are pods than they are good and some fish even eat them.

The one on the left looks like a pod. But I haven't seen a pod with the skirt looking thing. Then again they don't sit still for very long.

Hoping someone could help me figure what these odd little creatures are??? They are in our 40 gal refugium and there are at least 10 that I know of! They balloon out scraping the side of the tank and do not seem to like the light!
