Cardinal banggais back fins ripped

This morning my two cardinal banggai are fine and I come back from work and one of them are sitting at the bottom like in the picture and I notice his back fins have been ripped off somehow? What should I do for this fish and how could that of happened? None of my fish ever fight and the only other fish in here are two clownfish. Everything has been in this tank for about a month with no issues.

Probably the clown bit it, no big deal...

I would guess the clowns did this. They are very territorial. My clown killed a couple of fish :(

Could have easily been the other cardinal if they aren’t a pair. Even with my pair that produced fry the female killed the male just after breeding.
