Hey guys, I purchased a red head goby a couple days ago from my LFS who had an unusually paunchy or distended stomach however the owner told me it was just very full. I went home release the little fella in my tank after proper acclimation, he swam under a rock and I had not seen him out and about for a day and a half so I went looking for him this morning and found him dead in a back corner of my tank stomach very bloated still. He was alive last night I saw a glimmer of him perched up under a rock. I put him in with 2 clownfish who are starting to develop whiteness/bump on the front of their dorsal fin and I was wondering if anyone might think the goby infected the clowns with some sort of disease, they are acting completely normal as of this morning. Thanks abunch!

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I wasn't able to increase the magnification on your photos, not sure why not.

How long have you had the clownfish?
Whenever I see clowns with white mucus on their skin, I immediately begin thinking of Brooklynella.
