Clownfish that I’ve had since 2019 has suddenly developed and enlarged left eye from I believe and injury and seems to just be laying on the sand bed he’s been like this for almost a week now and seems to be fine other than just laying on the sand every time I see him I don’t see him eat but I’m not sure and maybe it’s a she it’s the larger of the two all the other fish in the tank seem fine and eat and swim normally.

Pic extremely dark to see anything. Please repost under white lighting.
Is breathing normal or labored?
Is fish eating?
Any aggression between the 2 clowns?

Breathing normal I haven’t been seeing him eat but he could be eating some of the small pieces floating around and only aggression I see is from the damsel

+1, we need clearer pictures/video taken under white lights. It may well be an injury, but the not eating is a serious sign.

Sorry - the new pictures don't give any better clues here. The fish has good body mass, so it is not in immediate threat of starving, but that will become an issue eventually.

You said the fish isn't breathing fast. If you post a Youtube video link, I can try to confirm that isn't an issue.

Given that all of the other fish are fine, this clown may have a chronic issue, like Mycobacterium.

Sorry, I don't have any other information that might give us a firm diagnosis here....
