My Clownfish has been acting weird lately and just today I saw he was having white stringy poo and figured he probably has parasites. he is in my DT and was wondering what the best plan of action is for the tank? can everything else be infected aswell?
I don't have a QT setup yet but am definitely going to get one as soon as possible as to avoid these problems

Tank is a 180g with 2 firefish, 4 green chromis, and the clown and 2 frags of zoas

How long have you had the clownfish? Can you post your current eater chems? Oral meds are possible one treatment, but of course they only work on fish that are feeding. Your next best option would be to move it to a treatment tank and dose the water with an antibiotic and metronidazole.
