My Cynarina which is over 2 years old is showing stress. Had a KH spike 2 weeks ago. Otherwise parameters are stable all other corals are in good shape. Nitrates are near 0 phosphate is 0.2-0.3. 420 liter tank

Unlikely IMO as I am dosing TM amino organics 8 ml/day. Also, Nitrates have been low since Sept 23

Must be some sort of nutrient issue or possibly a trace element that Cynarina prefer maybe?

When was the last ICP done?

The fact that it's not entirely retracted, and just kind of melting tells me it may not be recoverable. When did this start?
First thing I suggest doing is an iodine dip; I suggest your repeat this dip every one or two days to help eliminate anything that might be bothering it. Meat corals are incredibly susceptible to infection the minute they get an open wound, so it is likely your animal got infected after some sort of mechanical injury.
