DIY rimmed mesh…need cutouts. How do I do this?

Does anyone know how I’d go about rimmed mesh cut outs? BRS mesh, the corner pieces only go one way so I can’t use them for a cut out.

Like a feeding port? If so I just used a 3” bulkhead.
