So I've been fighting the battle. Thought it was just hair algae since i have some detectable phosphates, but now that's its out of control I have been doing some research..

Can you please tell me if you believe this is Dinoflagellates algai? That way I can start a plan of attack with the correct target in mind.

I said yes but a person will not know for sure unless inspected under a microscope
Also to note dinoflagellates are not an algae, they are a protozoan
