I got this Tailspot Blenny from my LFS about a week ago and he has been in my QT tank since. Today I noticed this poop coming from him and am curious as to whether or not he has internal parasites. He has been eating great and seems super healthy thus far. If he does, how should I treat him?

Appears to be excess mucus in the stomach lining however fish does look thin
Is it eating and what are you feeding it?
Could use a closer pic under brighter light

He is eating very well! I’m primarily feeding sera marine granules and then a bit of hikari marine S pellets. It is hard for me to get a picture with brighter light, but I have this additional picture of the poop. What should I do to help him?
