I don't know what i'm doing wrong. I prime and set my doser, i put hard tubing in, it works maybe 1 or 2 days then by day 3 the head turns on for half a second and doesn't spin. So i go through process of priming all over and rescheduling then get a whole two days and repeat.

I'm assuming it's an issue of air getting in but I tried to install those one-way valves but the doser isn't' strong enough to push through those.

It's a two head Jecod (Jabao Dp-2) unit.

Air wouldn't stop it, maybe the head is worn out?

the doser is cheap - and maybe you should buy a better doser.. those jebao dosers are generally reliable - but should not behave the way you described.

One last thing you should try is oil the head and tubing using plumber's grease (silicone grease), this helps the head spin better and is generally advised for all dosing pump heads to reduce wear-and-tear of both the tubing and the pump head/rollers.

i add the grease to all of my 15 pump heads each time i replace the santoprene tubing (once every 9-12 months).
