I am dosing A4R for 1 year now and i am having white deposits on my aquarium top. Now i read its overdosed. Strangly my Calcium is at 400 and my dkh at 7.5 so how can it be overdosed?

pictures of the white deposits might help. I don't think that AFR is related to the formation of the white deposits.
if the white deposits you are referring to is salt creep its because water splashes out and its very normal to happen.

oh yea as mentioned this is salt creep, when drop of water splash or end up there only the freshwater evaporates leaving behind the salt that you can see. nothing to worry about.
