So, I'm thinking of moving my RODI to under the bathroom sink. Is a saddle the best way to attach the drain line or an adapter like the one below?

*Edit-- I just pulled the first pic I came to as an example and didn't pay attention to the size...

That’s what you need but it needs to go above the P-trap. I’m assuming if you do it that way gravity will be an issue. What one floor below you plumbing wise?

Nothing. Single story house.

So this isn't enough?

Either will work. The saddles have more of a chance to leak than that 1st one does. But the saddles are cheaper and either could leak.
That said, I used one of those saddles for a long time

Whatever you do go into the tailpipe above the p-trap because if it gets messed up they're like a dollar to replace

Thanks! I plan on putting a leak detector under the sink too, just in case.

How tall are your guys cabinets that you can get a reservoir above the P?
No, the reservoir will be in a closet on the other side of the wall... Just the canisters and booster pump will be under the sink.

I don't know if you need to go that far. It's not going to be a very serious leak. Just check it from time to time.
Meh, got a few extras of these laying around... I have a history of forgetting to turn things off, lol
