I can’t grow Xenia and zoas those things melt in my tank. I’ve been given Xenia for three tank that they were over running. On my tank dead and gone in two weeks.

It’s amazing the kids are growing like crazy.

Lps/soft coral in general, never had an issue with sps. Have even started sps tanks straight after cycle complete no issue. Lps and soft coral it doesn't die but it's never healthy

Mushroom corals dont do well in my tank since there is too much light. At least my leathers like my tank.

Alveopora aka flower pot....not sure if it’s considered easy or not but I’m 0 for 3. Do great for a couple months then just close up one day.

Clownfish! I’ve had 6 (2 at a time), I’m currently at zero. 4 jumped out the tank, the other two I have no idea how they died, just corpses.

Mine for fish is fox face and for corals is green birds nest and strawberry shortcake. Very sad a new gold octospawn didn't make it.

This thread is hilarious. I CANNOT keep any mushrooms. Acro's LPS, most zooa's sure but the EASY stuff is HARD!

With acros especially, is there too much light? My shrooms thrive under rocks where they pretty much get the reflection from the bottom only

If your fish are o.k., but coral is a bust, you could consider some of the artificial corals. Some of them look great, and they will never die. Might have to turn the lights down so they don’t fade. They are pricey, but so is replacing live coral, over and over.

Duncan coral. Like cmon, its a duncan. Can survive nuclear fallout. Well, if it comes within 15 miles of my house it dies. True story

As far as fish go, Firefish I have the worse luck with. Doesn't matter how well they eat at LFS rarely make it a week for some reason. I stopped trying.

As far as corals go, Any kind of mushrooms. I can keep them alive just fine but never mulitply and usually will just detach after some point.

Also fish wise modish idols, managed to keep them alive and eating for a while. But they will literally refuse to eat something they have been eating for months and then have to try to find something new they like. Eventually just won't eat
