Maybe see if you can find someone to 3-D print you one? Eheim impellers are usually easily removable from the magnet...

I don't know about size but Eheim standard spare parts are fairly easy to find. This is the link to their spare parts list for 2017 https://www.eheim.com/media/documents/downloads/eheim_spare_part_list_2017.pdf
From that list one can see that there are two versions of the impeller, a 50HZ version and a 60HZ version, I think that the 50HZ version is for the EU and the 60HZ for the US.

Original EHEIM spare part no: 7653058 -> 50HZ version
Original EHEIM spare part no: 7653068 -> 60HZ version

These are just the impeller without the shaft. I live in the EU so pricing might be quite different for you but the standard impeller would cost me about 60-70 Euro but that is already including 19% sales tax.

What he said ^. You need the 765306 part which is the magnet plus impeller. The impeller should pop off by pinching the plastic at the top. I don't know how your needle wheel is attached, but it should be possible to figure out. If you need to glue something, I'd use a 2-part epoxy. Most any one should work.
