My favia used to be super fluffy with its tentacles out all day. Lately, maybe the last month or so, I don't see any tentacles whatsoever, and it's not fluffy anymore with the middle sections much more sunken in. I do see it's still "splitting" And making new mouths.

Attached is the pic and pic of my last parameters. Though alkalinity is more closer to 8 now, where I am keeping it stable with dosing.

Thoughts? Is this how it's supposed to be or no?

Other corals super happy.

Salinity is low, shoot for 1.026. Also at night the feeders should be out 100%, try target feeding them some small(hakari) mysis. Mine respond well to this.

I would just start adding some salt to your overflow box ,, by the time it makes it thru your sump tank should be good ,, why wait ,, your going to have to make your next water change a bit saltier anyway ,, then test to see how much it raised your salinty anyway ,, just keep testing till you hit the number you want ,,

I'm actually having this same issue. My parameters are about the same as OP. Except my Nitrates are 15-20 and PO4 is 0.08. Any other thoughts? Too high par? I have it around 200

Same parameters here and same issue with ONLY favia. SPS and all other LPS are happy.
