My favorite fish for reef tanks is probably either the molly miller blenny or the watchman goby/pistol shrimp combo. IMO every tank over 40 gallons should have a clown, a blenny, and a shrimp goby pistol shrimp pair. Those to me are the "must haves"

Gold headed sleeper goby. They get a bad rep for causing sand storms, but it is one of the most interesting fish to watch. Mine lives in a cave it dug between two rocks. There are multiple entrances to his cave from either side of each rock. Each night, he plugs all but one entrance with snail shells before going into to the the cave using the last entrance. Then each morning he opens all entrances.

That sounds cool! I love livestock that does that. It's so cute.
