So I just bought my fishies some brine shrimp from the LFS and I noticed the smaller clown has something dangling from it. Looks like a huge turd, but it’s brown and pretty long. I’m not exactly worried about it, since there’s been nothing new introduced to the tank in months. The peppermint shrimp is doing fine as well as my crabs and the urchin. (The snails got eaten by the hermits, need to get more when they’re in stock. The largest blue-leg is MEAN) anyway, I need help identifying! Thanks!

Looks like fiber from algae or as indicated nori if some sort. Brine shrimp is easily digestible and able to pass and may help expel this.
Sometimes attempting to net a fish may force it to poop and regurgitate food
Garlic is for immunity health and May have no effect with this but beneficial when added to foods
