Frag Tank / Main Tank Lighting Schedule In or Out of sync?

How do you run your lights?

I have my Frag Tank tied in with my Main Tank (common sump)

And was wondering how others like this run there lighting schedule.


In Sync with Main Display

Out of Sync with Main Display (If so how do you run them?)

Opposite of Main Display

Mine runs at the same time as my main but my frag tank is really small

i run my frag tank an hour behind my display. This gives me an extra hour of viewing if I am running late that day.

I don't have a tank, but from my understanding if you run them opposite it helps keep the ph leveled, right ?

We keep ours on a opposite schedule because of this reason.

It still drops at night but I think that's due to the sump having less water volume than the display.

How do you run your lights? i didnt know how to answer this question cause it wasnt complete on the poll. run opposite, keeps ph more stable.
