I can’t tell from a photo, but it might.

If you can drop some in vinegar, it would dissolve and likely bubble.

Are there any old stock bad batches out there that some might try to get rid of? How can we tell apart which are the new or old stocks?

Most were recalled and its been So long that I would highly doubt any remaining are out there
