im using it with kanaplex and metro plex

Does your LFS have Bifuran? That's pretty much the same thing as Furan-2.

They dont have it too.
Im treating my tang with cloudy eye. its only on 1 side.
Ill be FW dipping it now to confirm flukes or not but it already has went through 2 rounds of prazipro 3 weeks ago.
you think metro and kana would be enough?

Sulfa based medications are not recommeneded to be mixed with other medications. If you wish to use it to be on the safe side dont mix it with other medications or antibiotics.

Update.
My Achilles tang still has one eye cloudy. And it seem to get worse.completely fine on the other side
He's just with 1 clown. They're both done with copper and I've been gradually lowering the copper by water changes. No sign of ich or other disease.
I've fw dip before dosing antibiotics. Nothing came out.
Now It's on day 4 of kana and metro.
I dosed them on day 1 and 3. Going to dose every 48 hours like the instruction said.

Is there any medication I can add besides furan2( out of stock) .
Also usually how long does kana and metro be able to clear the cloudy eye

The eye is starting to swell . Like popeye.

Yes, and that is what I would do in your shoes. 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons.

Give Epsom salt at least 48 hours in the water before doing a WC.

Also i have aquaforest Fish V for my vitamins. but it says its highly concentrated and only 1 drop per 1 cube frozen.

Can i use this like selcon where i do quite a number of drops to really soak the food. or this aquaforest is too concentrated?

If I may suggest, do the normal amount. Slack a couple of days worth of food, add the normal dose maybe one more drop extra then bind the fish V with seachem focus to the frozen. This way the vitamin is not lost in the water and the fish ingest the vitamins. The fish V is a good supplement to the whole system, but from what I am reading you are trying to get the fish health and build the immunes systems, correct?

thanks. yup im trying to improve their immune system. the achilles one eye is kinda swollen and cloudy. it should be due to injury because its only in one eye.

The eye isnt getting any better with kana and metro. its worse now. but still eating alot .swimming actively.
im scared im just gonna find him the next day not breathing. its been in atibiotics for about 7 days
should i try the triple sulfa powder? if yes, how long after dosing kana and metro can i dose triple sulfa powder?

should i do the complete 10 days?

ive search everywhere i still cant get a hold of furan 2. they say the distributor in our country is out of stock also.
is there any other API medication that can replace furan 2? they have TC. Tetracycline.

it would take at least a week to get here. but i would order it anyways.

update.
the eye still hasnt healed up yet. it has been kinda the same for the last week. im done with the 10 days kana and metro also.
hes eating very good and no signs of other diseases.
what should i do now? can i do epsom salt again(this would be 3rd time).
Should i wait for furan2 to come(at least 7 days to arrive)?
what i have is triple sulfa powder and TC tetracycline.

But im afraid these antibiotics would be harsh on the tang
