I don't know what else to do. It won't connect to wifi. My SSID, password, and etc is correct. The light stays blue after saving it. Once I unplug the cord, it turns white. It is on 2.4 wifi. I can connect via usb and hotspot. When I turn it to wifi, it doesn't work. I copied everything from my router. I did do auto IP/etc. It shouldn't be this dang hard to work for a $500 product.

I had to change the doser IP address to get it working and it’s worked perfect for me since.

If you don't open a ticket it will be difficult to help you directly.

Hello,

I'm not sure what your message means...
In any case, ALL support tickets have been answered, and those that are currently open are awaiting either an answer from the customer, or a technical/sales action at factory side, which will be done by colleagues on their return from company leave.
There has been minimal technical support every day without interruption, even over the Christmas and New Year vacations.
There don't seem to be any tickets from you waiting to be answered, but it's not easy to match the nicknames used on this forum with the names on the tickets.
I think that the technical support is largely assured and no criticism needs to be made in this respect.
