What phosphate level should I be targeting in my reef tank. Current phos is 0.01 (Hanna) and nitrate is 10-20 (color chart).

LPS and SPS coral all seem happy but I have a Dino outbreak.

The current recommendation from Randy is 0.02-0.1ppm:

Perfect and thank you. Randy is an amazing resource in this hobby.

Recommendations for slowly increasing phosphates? Is neophos a good supplement to use?

I've heard that Neophos works; Randy said that sodium phosphates (mono, di, or tri) can be used as well to supplement phosphate. A lot of people like to just feed more or add more bioload (i.e. more fish/inverts) to the tank to raise phosphate too.
