How did carbon cause GHA outbreak?

Its the carbon/gfo pad. If I leave the pad in one too many days i get massive outbreak! Im running gfo/carbon in the canister with no problems!

Sounds to me like you got the breakout because the carbon in the pad got exhausted, lol.
