Is there anyone local that could help me build some LED strip lights? I could pay, trade something, help you with some thing or what even seems fair.

Never mind, I finally found a LED strip light that is designed to be a stand alone reef light and not just a supplemental light source, mostly or totally blue light.

To help you with knowledge and building something I do not know if it will be received, since I am not the greatest specialist, but I could propose some instructions. Look, for example, I bought them off https://www.ukled.co.uk/led-strip-lights.html. later someone helped me to install them. In its not so hard, you will have to stick them very well, plus have a safe source of electric current. I've changed my location a few times myself, so it's not that complicated. But even if you do not manage alone you can ask for the help of a technician near you.
