Hello, on Thursday night around 9 pm my lights had just turned off, which by then i usually place my lid back on, this night … of course i forgot it , and while im laying in bed i hear a splash to which i realize im missing my 3rd clown, for 5 minutes im looking around the tank to no luck finding him, after 8 minutes i gave up, i go to my parents room to break the news and the hunt continues again as my dad helps me, we look behind my dresser which is impossible to reach behind and we find him, its been atleast 10 minutes at this point out of water and hes still flopping on the floor , i pull out my drawers to reach under my dresser gran him and put him in the water, i seriously thought this guy was dead hes all covered in dust and everything and hes missing his first dorsal fin , he seemed to have recovered fine and i was pretty happy that i managed to save him, he was doing all well for all of friday just still a bit scared after yesterday, but then i wake up today to find hes missing him entire tail fin i was so scared when i first woke up and see him thinking he was a goner forsure but this guy is a little champ and seems to be able to swim still, but my question is, WHAT DO I DO ????? This is my first saltwalter aquarium 45 gallon tank 48lx18wx12h so its a pretty shallow and wide tank for lots of space for the fish to swim so i dont think it was my clownfish pair that did that as they are never really nipping at his fins but …. I forgot to mention, i have a coral banded shrimp at the moment the CBS is my main suspect in this i dont suspect the hermit crabs , please any information on what i should do would help tremendously
