I'm not sure on the second one, but it's not Gracilaria - too much spiky branching. Possibly Dasya, Digenea, or Gelidium? Again, I'm not sure.

It may be "Bryothamnion" - though B. triquetrum is now known as Alsidium triquetrum; it's found in the Gulf of Mexico, including on the Southwestern end of Florida, so it's possible, but it's unlikely if you got it from Eastern Florida.

The third is definitely a Padina species.
