Can you please help me identify a few things growing in my tank.
The first and second, I think is some kind of polyp. The third I'd a sponge and some kind of hair algae? The last is a feather duster on my snail? If any of these are bad please advise on the best way to remove them.

I could be hydroids on your snail, as they are frequently found on shells. I can't see the pictures well enough, I'm sorry.

Picture #1 & #2 is a feather duster

Pic #3, I'm not sure what that is, but i'd get rid of it, to be honest.

In pic #4 are we looking at the things of the shell or the purple thingy in the middle?

In post #11 I can't see anything in the first picture.

#2 & 3 is a vermetid.

The last looks like some kind of glass/grass shrimp.

Yes, the shrimp is "berried". The eggs are on the outside around the swimmerets. They'll probably release them soon, by the color.

In pick #4 I believe it's a sponge. And right by it is some grey fussy looking algae? I don't know.

It looks like a vermetid tube snail. They use webbing to catch food and I have an arrow pointing to what I believe is that webbing.
