Help!!! I've got a new algae bloom no clue what kind or how to fix it.

Looks like and is little air bubbles with green for underneath it's everywhere in the tank and won't go away even when I shut the light down. I have plenty of phosphate reduction along with refusion

No it's not a bubble algae that was my first thought but the bubbles are not hard there literally air and once you touch them they float to the surface and pop

I do have a lawnmower in the tank along with a powder blue or yellow tang and a clown tang that all eat at the rocks but they are not touching the stuff

It may be Cyano. Better circulation and remove as much as you can by hand. I use Chemiclean when I get it and do a large wc after treatment.
