It was healthy a few days ago but now it’s barely moving and I could see bones at the end of its fins

How big is the tank? How big is the tang? That’s my main suspect. Hippo tangs can be crazy even in a properly sized tank.

The hippo tang is A little bit over 2 inches. The tank is A 24 aquarium. All the fishes have been living together for more than a month now. Recently One of my fishes caught ich.

Clear sign of aggression it comes down to who the aggressor is. One trick to confirm is to
set your cell phone on video mode for about 40 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a bully at feeding time.
Review the video and see who it may be. Once identified, separate and the tail/fins will heal on their own

It is breathing labored and in this state of health is generally low for recovery. Moving it to another tank may not do much Unfortunately to say. Whoever the aggressor is may be one to keep an eye on based on behavior. Rarely hepatus tangs do this, and I highly suspect the clowns who also have teeth and use them

It will only stress fish further. You have nothing to lose and adding airstone for additional oxygen but again is risk

Tank water, heater, water movement (filter or sponge filter) and pump with airstone
PVC tubes for hiding
