Help. New thing on fish what to do?

Please check out these blurry pix and help me. 1 of 3 blue green chromes has a bad looking spot. Ive tryed to see if i could catch him but didnt want to disturb too much unless necessary. Any thoughts would be helpful water quailty is ok. Fish only. Salt 34.5 ppt, ammonia is 0, nitrites 0, nitrates high(idk how high). Ph is low, its in a room with not much o2 exchange. Idk any calcium,mag, or alk.

AS you stated- pics blurry but appears to be a result of nick or injury to fish. Really need clearer pic to fully confirm. Keep an eye on it for any new development such as bacterial or reddening.

Is it on the fin? Did it grow over time or just show up this size? It could be an injury if it showed up all at once. If it is on the fin itself and grew in size over days, it could be a common viral disease called Lymphocystis.
