Help with AquaFX 7 Stage RO/DI Booster Pump Shaking unit

I have a 7 Stage AquaFX (Whale Shark) With a booster pump.

Anytime I turn on the booster pump the main unit line shake like crazy and the pressure gauge just bounces all over the place. I've tried adjusting the valve on top and I can get it stable around 40ish PSI but that's not enough. The waste water is flowing 5x what the product line is and the Cation and DI Resin canisters aren't filling up fully with water.

Good to see that your booster pump is in place after your prefilters. Suggest you replace that dry pressure gauge with a liquid-filled gauge to dampen that vibration. Let us know if you want to do that - we have the gauges and fittings needed. Your dry gauge will destroy itself in short order if you just let it go how it is.
