Ok, so that's a 100% definite YES on needing full bottom support. You'll also need a leveling mat (can be a piece of the thick styrofoam or a yoga mat off Amazon, doesn't have to be fancy). That's a lot of weight to support.

Because this is what I was going to comment on next ..
You need to be sure the stand will stay square and not twist under the weight of the tank.

Depending on how the frame was built, putting plywood on top might be enough
