What salt should I use in looking at Tropic Marin pro reef? Reef pro max. Or some other salt mix.

Huge debates about what salt to employ but what folks generally do is pick one that mixes to the parameters that they want to achieve in their system. Sticking with one brand should make it easier to keep the parameters stable when you perform water changes.
