Picked up some XR15 Gen 5 Pros at a pretty good deal but was having issues with using the RMS mounts. Everything was purchased used and the mounts didn't have the spacers for a rimmed tank. I made some spacers but the mounts would still lean forward a bit which I saw a lot of people with rimmed tanks have to deal with.
I came across a post where someone used galvanized pipe and fittings which I thought was very interesting. Borrowed from that idea, picked up some pipe and fittings, wrangled up some scrap plywood pieces in my shop, threw in some spray paint and it seems to have come together very well!
I'm really happy with how it turned out :)

I like it. Very industrial.
Thank you!
I was thinking about making it so the cord could go through the pipe and not be seen but then I figured I was making a simple thing more complicated then it needed to be...lol
