How do you get a anenome to move or relese itself from the rock

I have a long tentacle anemone that has gotten huge and it takes up entirely too much real estate. I want it gone but I don't want to kill it. It figures that a ugly grey rescue nem would grow like a weed. If it were a expensive one it would have died.

They only move if they are unhappy, so moving the rock itself is what you would need to do. Trying to manually remove may injure the foot.
I have had no luck what so ever getting a nem to move. sorry

Aim a power head directly on it. A lot of times that will work but it takes some time.
