I want to try and minimize my daily alk swing which is about 0.4 dkh. Currently, I'm dosing 3.2 liters of kalkwasser each night at a constant rate from 9pm to 9am to try and flatten my daily pH swing. On top of the kalk I'm also dosing 70 mL of a 50 mg/mL solution of the Brightwell Alkalin8.3p alkalinity supplement. I dose the 70 mL of alk evenly over 24 hours.

What can I do to flatten my Alk swings without increasing my pH swings? Should I set the Alk to dose only between 10am and 2pm and 10pm and 2am which would be centered over the valleys or should I set it to dose Alk from like 8am to 12pm and 8pm to 12am which would be the during the drops but not centered over the valleys.

This is my daily alk swing. The peaks are at 6am and 6pm and the valleys are at 12am and 12pm.

Well, there will always be a correlation between alkalinity and pH. Honestly, your pH is awesome - I'm not sure I'd change anything.

I try to dose more alkalinity throughout the day and less off-peak to get less variance on my own system. I've even reduced my testing to every 12 hours as it's fairly stable.
