looks like a daisy polyp or pipe organ polyp, but below your circle to the left could be hydroids
My first though was a green star polyp. If the other is hydroids, you want to get that out of your tank and address it ASAP.
Hydroids look more like small feather duster.

Make sure you googled the right kind of hydroids, colonial hydroids. I don't think that is hydroids either, but it's good to know what they look like. They are a real beacch to get rid of.That's what I thought, heh - but I doubt it. No skeleton I can see.
