Not only is the picture completely out of focus, it's completely blue. You'll need a much better photo, representing true color, to get a possible ID. Any particular reason you're in such a huge rush to get it IDd?

Well this was not in my tank this is at the lfs do I wanted it I'd before I purchase.

Is it Pretty, interesting, or otherwise something that you think would make you happy to have it in your collection? If youve answered yes to these questions then you should just go ahead and make the purchase.
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
