I just switched out all my filters. The RO Membrane was 2yrs old and this is the first time I switched it out.
I removed the Membrane and DI resin and put the canisters back on empty. Then I replaced the carbon filter and ran the system for 30+ minutes. Then I replaced the sediment filter and installed the new RO Membrane and DI resin.
I'm getting 0ppm TDS "OUT" but now I'm getting 4ppm TDS "IN". I'm guessing "IN" is after the Membrane but before the DI.
I've been flushing the system for 30 minutes now hoping to get the "IN" TDS down to 0ppm. Before I switched everything I would always get 0ppm on the "IN" sensor after a 5 min flush. Did I do something wrong?
