So whatever they eat after few minutes isn’t good for them and that’s my mistake? They always seem hungry and I figured just like kids they gotta eat more lol
They get full so the remaining food fouls the water. If they finish what you’re feeding then you’re doing good.

They will beg continuously. Ignore them . . . LOL
Few minutes has potential for overfeeding and water quality issues

You guys are feeding with or without flow? With flow it goes to overflow more without sinks to the bottom faster so maybe medium?

I like to feed with flow. Do what makes your fish happy.

Got it. So roughly just to gauge it for a dozen fish averaging 2-3” about how many cubes per day

Defrost 1 in a cup of tank water. Pour slowly by slowly giving small breaks. If you see they can handle more you can defrost another one easily. It’s easy to add food but very laborious to remove food.

Just gauge it and get a feel. With time you’ll see how much they need.

Got it. Thanks. Also do u guys rinse your brine and mysis shrimp or it’s not significant on a 200 gal system or a myth?
