I've been dealing with these guys off and on for months. I finally picked up a digital microscope. Now I can look at what's been giving me headaches. I believe them to be Dino's, as they can move on their own.

Am I correct?

Could be a dinoflagellate. The narrow organism could be a diatom. There is not enough detail in this picture for a positive ID, so I will take a wild guess based on their relative size and shape to be Prorocentrum.

Thanks. I'll see if I can get a closer view when I get home tonight.
