I’m completely new to this type of critter. I’m thinking bristle worm, but really have no idea. I just dosed Prazi Pro for a probable case of flukes and it crawled out of a hole in a rock full of GSP about 30 minutes later. I purchased the rock with the GSP colony on it about a month ago and have never seen the creature previous to now.

It’s probably close to 2 inches in length.

Should I remove it if possible?

Bristleworm, completely harmless to the reef tank, not so much for you. They're good Detritus eaters however I wouldn't recommend touching them as they're covered in irritating/venomous hair

Some people have a mild reaction, or none at all...
I certainly won’t grab one on purpose, but considering that I’ve made a living with my hands for nearly 4 decades, I’m not entirely sure that it would bother me much if I did.
